  Very disappointed. I came into Polson MT from SLC , UT to help my family with my elderly mother. My left eardrum had filled with fluid while in town . I went to St Joseph hospital in Polson in need of a antibiotic. Front desk has no clue on how to run my insurance through. I'm taken back to the patient room to be greeted by to SKC students. Again , no clue to what they are doing. The Dr that was seeing me turned out to be a Nurse practitioner, 'Jen' . She refused to listen to me about my chronic ear problems. She even dissed my Dr I have here in SLC. Everything looked fine , Jen said . Jen also refused me a antibiotic. Whatever , Jen. My eardrum ruptured a week later. My daughter in Missoula was diagnosed with breast cancer at that time. I stayed in Missoula to be with my daughter at her cancer appointments , mastectomy, and lymph nodes removal , with my ruptured eardrum and have since made it back to SLC , UT to see my ENT here. Surgery on my eardrum is set up for Wednesday so I can get healthy and back up to Missoula to take care of my daughter. Jen , listen to your patients. I'm very unhappy with you. Janet Cooper Miyatake
